uneven stay, some positives, some disappointments

bad mattress no chair

the food i eat was amazing and the private beach were super clean.

my room was bad and the mattress were in a bad shape, so i couldn't sleep two nights. i didn't get support from the hotel to resolve the problem. there was no chair to sit and hangers are kept but no provision for hanging rod or hooks.

The room was a Superior Double Paddy View Room Food. The paddy fields view was interesting. The restaurant near the beach provided live music.

The pool did not have heated water.

beachfront bliss, a fantastic stay!

beachfront location varied restaurants sunbeds access

I loved how close the hotel was to the beach. It was so convenient! nazare restaurant was great with sunbeds and beach access! plus, the showers were perfect for rinsing off after the beach. the well-kept pool area and varied restaurants added so much to my vacation experience, i couldn't get enough of the space.

The wifi was not reliable. This made planning activities a bit challenging! hopefully, they can improve the connectivity . This would really enhance the stay! better wifi will allow guests to enjoy the resort with ease.

I adored the lush greenery! The resort created a tropical atmosphere. The beachfront restaurant had comfortable recliners for sunbathing (I spent hours there). Showers are available near the beach for rinsing off, very convenient.

There were a few minor issues, though. The breakfast options felt slightly limited in terms of non-vegetarian choices. I also found the sunset views a little obstructed from certain areas. Wi-Fi was not very stable. It disconnected frequently.

mixed feelings about this hotel

bad cheese rude staff

i WAS disappointed with the breakfast. the food lacked salt in most items. the pizza had spoiled , smelly cheese. the spa area smelled bad. i also thought some staff were rude at times.

amazing experience!

nature vibe great breakfast picturesque path cool decor

this beach hotel is just awesome! the decor creates a cool nature vibe. i especially enjoyed the great breakfast spread. my kid loved the pool! the hotel overlooks both paddy fields and a beautiful beach. also, the path to the beach is super picturesque, we loved it.

i felt the wi-fi could be more stable, it disconnected a bit.
